These terms apply when you use akasoact.co.uk or place an order through it. AKASO Action is operated by RETRETO NEXT LIMITED, registered in England and Wales (company number 15166864, VAT number GB 493 7070 67), Office 8929, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
Orders and contract
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order where a product is unavailable, a material error is found or delivery cannot be made; if payment has already been taken, we will refund it to the original payment method.
Before paying, check the product, delivery address, quantity and total. The order confirmation records the contract and the information that applies to it.
Prices and payment
Prices and any applicable delivery charges are shown before payment. UK consumer prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout; we do not store full payment card details.
Product information
We describe products as accurately as reasonably possible. Screen settings can affect how colours or images appear. Nothing in these terms removes the requirement that goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Delivery
Orders normally dispatch within 1-3 business days. Standard UK delivery normally takes 2-4 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, not when they are handed to a carrier. See the Shipping Policy for details.
Cancellation, returns and statutory rights
Most UK online consumers may cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to send them back. Our voluntary 90-day commercial return policy is described in the Returns Policy. These policies do not limit rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12-month commercial warranty
We provide a 12-month commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date of delivery. Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description or image of the fault. We may offer repair, replacement or another remedy that is appropriate to the fault.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, water ingress contrary to the product instructions, unauthorised modification, abnormal installation, or ordinary wear. This commercial warranty is additional to, and does not restrict, your statutory consumer rights.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access. Site text, images, logos and product materials belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that and mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers may also rely on mandatory protections and bring proceedings in the courts available under the law of their place of residence.
